note applications received by the High Commission /
Consulates General at Sydney and Melbourne will be handed
over to the service centre, and the applicant will be
required to pay the additional service fee of A$18.

The Honorary
Consulates in Perth and Brisbane would continue to accept
applications for attestation of documents and Life Certificate.
